Erin Little
Founding Partner
Erin Little is a distinguished founding partner at Little & Company LLP, where she brings a wealth of expertise and a broad range of legal knowledge to her practice. Erin completed her Bachelor of Commerce in 2002 and earned her Juris Doctor in 2010 from the University of Saskatchewan. She was called to the Bar in 2011.
Following her academic achievements, Erin clerked for the Court of Queen’s Bench in Regina, where she honed her skills in legal research, drafting, and judgment preparation. This experience provided her with a solid foundation in the intricacies of legal proceedings and courtroom dynamics.
Erin began her legal career in Saskatoon, specializing in corporate commercial law with a focus on corporate governance, corporate structures, taxation, and real estate. In 2014, she co-founded Little & Company LLP with her husband, Brent Little, and has since expanded her practice to include real estate, wills & estates, corporate commercial law, criminal law, civil litigation, and family law.
In addition to her legal practice, Erin is actively involved in the legal community and beyond. She is a member of the Saskatchewan Bar Association, the Law Society of Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association, the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association, and the Saskatoon Criminal Defence Lawyers Association Erin has previously acted as Secretary for the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters Saskatoon, as a Board member with Saskatoon Crime Stoppers, and is presently the acting Secretary of the South Floral Water Corporation.
