Erin Little is a founding partner of Little & Company LLP.  Ms. Little earned a Bachelor of Commerce in 2002 as well as a Juris Doctor [B. Comm., J.D.] in 2010 from the University of Saskatchewan.  She clerked for the Court of Queen’s Bench in Regina where her duties included researching and writing memoranda relating to issues before the Court as well as assisting Judges in Judgement preparation and drafting.  She was called to the Bar in 2011.

Ms. Little began her law career at Robertson Stromberg LLP, where she specialized in corporate commercial law, with a focus on corporate governance, corporate structures, taxation and real estate.  Erin then opened Little & Company LLP along with her husband, Brent Little, in 2014 where she currently practices real estate, wills & estates, corporate commercial law, criminal law, civil litigation and family law.

Ms. Little is a member of the Saskatchewan Bar Association, the Law Society of Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association, the Saskatchewan Defence Lawyers Association and the Saskatoon Criminal Defence Lawyers Association.  She is also the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Big Brothers Big Sisters Saskatoon and Area.
