Brent Little is a founding partner of Little & Company LLP.  Mr. Little earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics as well as a Bachelor of Law [S. Sc. (Ag. Ec) LL.B.] from the University of Saskatchewan in 2006.  He then clerked for the Court of Queen’s Bench in Regina, Saskatchewan, and was called to the Bar in 2007.

Mr. Little began his law career as a Crown Prosecutor for the North Battleford Prosecution District, followed by prosecuting at the Saskatoon Prosecution District.  In 2010, Mr. Little relocated to Biggar, SK, and began his career as a criminal defence lawyer with Busse Law Professional Corporation.  In 2011, Brent relocated to Saskatoon, SK, and took up practice at Funk’s Law Office Legal Prof. Corp.  This led to the opening of Little & Company LLP in 2014, with his wife, Erin Little, where he currently works in the areas of criminal law and civil litigation.

Mr. Little is a member of the Saskatchewan Bar Association, the Law Society of Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association, the Saskatchewan Defence Lawyers Association and the Saskatoon Criminal Defence Lawyers Association.
